Group Class Schedule
November 1 - January 2, 2011
We ask that all students take a 45-minute initial session before joining a group class. This session allows us to help you design a personal workout plan and allows you to gain a basic familiarity with the movement in a one-on-one setting.
Class space is limited. Please contact the instructor of the class that you are interested in taking for space availability or other questions.

Class Descriptions
Essential Pilates
This is a classic Pilates class. Level may vary from beginning to intermediate and pace is moderate. Some small equipment may be used.
Morning Pilates
A great way to start your day -- this class will take you through a gentle warm-up and build towards more challenging exercises throughout the class. You will leave feeling taller, more awake, and ready for the day! Level is beginner through intermediate and pace is moderate.
Small Equipment Pilates
We get out all the toys for this class – stability balls, barrels, rollers, bands, toning balls, and more. The use of small equipment can modify traditional mat exercises to make them more challenging or easier depending on the exercise and the equipment. This class offers variety and a change of pace from the traditional mat class. Level varies from beginning to intermediate and pace is moderate.
Intermediate Pilates
Some Pilates experience is required for these classes. Pace is faster and exercises are more advanced. These classes are for clients who want to push themselves further!
Gyrokinesis
Based on the same principles as Gyrotonic movements, Gyrokinesis classes are conducted sitting on stools, standing, and on the mat. Movements are three-dimensional with an emphasis on mobilizing the spine. Leave feeling centered, stretched out, and energized!
Prenatal Pilates
This class is designed especially for pregnant women. Stay in shape, release tension, and help to prepare your body for the birthing process.
